Answer by mezwood My 5 year old daughter used to get it all the time when she was a baby…I had to put her on medicene when she did get it…it was this purple weird stuff that stained her mouth. I don’t believe it’s dangerous at all.

Us adults eliminate oral thrush by conducting good oral hygiene eg brushing our teeth and also by eating textured food but this isn’t the case with babies.
