I have a very very bad yeast over growth, first of all. I’ve been on my anti-candida diet for two days and today I just, I’m worn out just typing. I want to crawl into my bed and just like sleep or lay there and not do anything. I’ve also got a horrible headache and it kept me up last night. I know a few people that have had to do this diet and they complained about not having energy but I just feel SO drained.

I’m also taking Sporanox and my mom is worried that it’s the medicine and not my diet.

I missed school today and I might miss tomorrow. I JUST missed like 6 days of school because of the flu. I’m sick of being sick.

Is this normal at all? Like, should I stop the medicine and talk to my doctor?

I actually am pretty sure I have bacterial vaginosis, but I got Nature’s Cure homeopathic yeast control pills because they have yeast in them, which I figured would help. but it got me wondering… how in the heck is it supposed to work for a yeast infection???
